This Logaritma a.s., which operates on the market Automotive, therefore automotive industry. Content is the disintegration of summary plan on the monthly and quarterly reporting, including the records of the economic statement with regard to the current legislation. Support for the system of the planning and reporting through the appropriate selection of the information system. They theoretical solutions are defined.

The thesis deals with reporting. The first part is theoretically explained the concept of reporting, as one of the basic functions of controlling, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, 7S analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the situation in reporting and follow-up proposals to improve the situation.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the economic impact of the BAŤA, joint-stock company's splitting on the values of the financial analysis indicators. The part named transformations of companies and their assessment using finan-cial analysis contains the theoretical basis of the transformation of companies, financial analysis, ratios and aggregated indicators. In the part named analysis of the impact of splitting on financial analysis indicators of BAŤA, joint-stock compa-ny are individual calculations applied to company data and the results are verbal-ly commented. The last part of the thesis includes a discussion of the results found and proposals for decision-making about splitting of companies for owners and proposals for correction and improvement of the final state.

Assessment of Productivity and Business Efficiency

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the economic situation and further its application in the proces of the financial situation assessments of comanpanies Pharmos a. s. and Phoenix a. s. for the period 2008 to 2013. The analysis is made on the basis of findings about business aktivity of companies at that time. The thesis has two main chapters: theoretical definition of an issue and analytical part where knowledge is applied.
The theoretical part of the thesis explains the fundamental techniques of financial analysis - methods of horizontal, vertical and ratio analysis. There are also described analysis by means of ratio indicators (profitability, aktivity, liquidity and indebtedness), but also there are describedthe models that are used for prediction of the bankruptcy and financial health
of the company. The following chapter presents the companies Pharmos a. s. and Phoenix a. s. on which is applied the analysis. There are analyzed the financial reports of companies. In conclusion, there is an overal evalution of the results along with a possible proposal for the future direction of companies.

Nike and adidas financial analysis and comparison

In this thesis I describe the process of financial analysis and consequently I perform a comparison of two competitors whose reports are based on different accounting standards. Financial analysis is performed on data from consolidated financial statements and the analysis deals with possible gaps in reporting arising from the fact that Nike, Inc. uses U. S. GAAP, while adidas AG applies to IFRS. I conclude that in this particular case there is not significant divergence between data reported and analysis can be undertaken without material errors. Comparison itself shows that both companies are generally in a good financial condition, but with adidas falling behind quite considerably in a few indicators. As such I can mention assets turnover, operating margin, working capital and others.
